\u201cI first encountered the technique in 1987 while studying Fine Art at the Slade School, University College London. Besides the positive effects it had on my health, it offered me a subtle but extremely effective method for accessing creativity. The technique gave me the means to overcome various mannerisms blocking my work and opened the way to an authenticity revitalising creative processes.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
